Try 1 - Tried this no heat curling system but had limited success the first night - my hair is shoulder length and quite thick. I sprayed it on with a spray bottle and wrapped my hair around the shaft. I slept normally, I felt it a few times at night when I moved, but I was able to find a comfortable position. I tried curling my hair away from my face so I could sleep on my side and it worked really well. However, when I woke up, my hair was anything but dry. It took about 6 hours so I left it for a few more hours. When I finally had to take it out, some of the curls were still damp. But the dry curls held a really good shape and I set them to work with a few curls using my curling iron. Take 2 - I barely sprayed the strands of hair with some water. As I wrapped my hair around the shaft, I really tried to gradually move the shaft down to allow all the hair to breathe better. I slept again for about 6 hours and was able to get it out as soon as I woke up. All the curls were dry and beautifully formed. Phew, all I needed was some trial and error, this will save me a lot of time!
