Flimsy chain roll disappoints in Arts and Crafts

I was highly disappointed with this chain roll for my Arts and Crafts jewelry-making. The chain was flimsy and easily broke while trying to manipulate it into place .While the gunmetal color was nice, it wasn't worth the money for such a poor quality product..
