I love Baggallini and have been very happy with all the bags I've bought from Revain, but this one is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. I saw this bag in stores and thought I would get the same one. It's much smaller and very narrow. At least 2-3 inches narrower on each side. Big disappointment but I was able to move my stuff and find a way to make it work. I don't understand why the same model I see in stores has very different sizes when I order it from Revain. 😒
