Based on our own experience we were disappointed with this product. While it CLAIMS to aid in weight loss and support overall health, we did not notice any difference in our body composition or energy levels. Although the softgels are easy to swallow, the price is high for the lack of results.The only pro is that the bottle is large enough to last for a few months. We would not recommend this product for those looking to improve their health and household..
