I like that it helps with emails going into your spam folder as well! The interface itself seems not very intuitive so maybe if you are new at this could be confusing or frustrating? We have been able solve our bounce rate issues by using bsprout validation/discovery software for quite some time now (since we found out about them). Our customers receive their email through Outlook 365 which has an issue where they can't send certain types of messages due to being caught in spam filters. By adding these emails from bsprout's system back into outlook 365 it solves all problems without having to change anything else!
