The shoes arrived in a brown box, not a new balance box.
When you buy new shoes they usually come with paper inside the shoes to keep them in the shape they weren't. The laces were already sticking out in the last loop of the boot, as if someone had literally put the shoes on and then threaded them through the box.
Pros
- High support shoes must be worn to avoid heel spurs. They meet all the requirements and do not look orthopedic.
Cons
- One shoe was smaller than the other. It's never been like this
