Now that I'm working remotely I use this board fairly constantly. Some might not like the strokes and noises, but I learned to type on a manual typewriter, switched to electronic, and then to the old "chicklet" keyboards. I don't find the board loud, but the sound is there. I have small hands and very short fingers and the range is perfect for me. I also like the layout of the directional keys; The resulting smaller footprint suits my home desktop well. I've been on this battery pack for the third week now and rarely forget to turn the board off at night. Overall a good buy!
