I just received this set despite all the bad reviews. I saw many people saying the product was used or the bottles were leaking. Please return it if you receive such a product. It is good that my products arrived in good condition. Included are all products, wax warmer, soft cream wax, pre and post hair removal products, wands and wax strips and instructions on DVD. Also includes 2 wax jar rings which are a plus. No leaking from any bottles. I bought hard wax to use with warmer wax. It took about an hour for the hard wax to completely melt. All in all a good set!
