You get what you pay for. The item arrived on time and was well packaged. The device comes with a CD-ROM peripheral, two cables (one I/O to power the computer, one USB), and an instruction card—no software drivers or installation CD. When switched on (via a computer or adapter (not included)), the door does not open. When connecting to a computer via USB, the laptop I was using (Acer) didn't have the universal windows driver (XP OS) to boot it. , The instruction card asked the user to install from the software CD - there was no software CD. When I contacted Revain to return it I was unable to use the return function on the website as the return reason was disabled and was unique to this item. For the price, it wasn't worth going further, but I would strongly recommend that if you want a device that works, shell out a few bucks more and pick a better model.
