I like how simple it was to use, allowing for quick responses back from our support team. It also allows us to customize questions in order to create more specific surveys - so we don't get too many "yes/no" answers that are not very helpful! We have found some of their features limiting at times (and they do allow you to add them if desired). For example- adding an image or video would be nice rather than having just text fields as options to pick from when creating your survey question.- but this could potentially reduce spamming with images etc which can happen sometimes without any option provided by other platforms available online now days. If looking into user driven research then using The Idea Wall will give insights about what people really think vs opinion only polls. Also makes sure there's no double dipping going on i.e., respondents getting paid twice over through incentives offered within campaigns run via Ideawall.
