Review on Owl Ops by Ross Bagby

This software is extremely easy to use once you have your head around it, as there are lots of tutorials available online which explains how everything works in detail when using this app (it's not just basic menus). I also think its user friendly compared with other restaurant management apps out there - so many features that can be used by all staff! The ability to add customisable food orders from recipes/photographs rather than having to enter them manually has been incredibly useful where our waiters / kitchen assistants aren't familiar enough wtih what we want or don't know about new dishes etc., We've never had any issues since implementing Owlnops into dayto dday operations at Dorset Manor Inn; we now do almost every process ourselves via phone & laptop instead of needing extra support and waiting time while an admin clerk inputs details. It allows us great flexibility on busy nights if one member isn’s present but would like some input such as ordering wine lists for customers who may then choose their own drinks too without asking someone else first. I like the ability to use the app to make menu changes. I also like the ability to use the app to create a schedule. I dislike that it is not available on the App Store. It is a great tool for restaurant managers. It is also a great tool for the kitchen staff. It has helped eliminate the need for many paper menus. It has also helped with scheduling. I am able to see what is coming up in the kitchen and on the dining room floor.
