Helpful tips but discouraged

Let me start by saying PLEASE don't buy this thinking you can use glue! Simply put, drywall paper (not to mention glossy paint) is not designed to support the weight of wet towels! While YMMV and you can find success along the way, most of you like the negative reviews. I know it's tempting to think that you don't have to use drills and tools, which might be intimidating to some, but it doesn't have to be! Discard the instructions first. They are absolutely awful! The picture shows how to trace the OUTSIDE of the towel rail supports and then try to center the bracket within that circle. When you do this you will see your pen/pencil mark! Please don't do that! Instead, using the brackets screwed into the towel rail, measure the width from center hole to center hole. Now measure 48 inches from the floor to the wall (approximate installation height of the heated towel rail). At the 48" mark on the wall, set the bubble level to the horizontal mark. Once the bubble is level, make 2 marks center to center that match your measurement. At these marks you'll drill holes for the drywall anchors (assuming you're not standing on a stand). If you follow these tips, you will have an even towel rail with no visible marks on the wall. After all, it's only 3 stars. I bought another set which I gave a 5 star rating for my other bathroom. The problem with this particular set is how far the pole is offset from the wall. I mean it "works" for a double shelf because obviously you need to hang two towels. But the other bar is the same distance from the wall and is just bulky and in the way. is this for towels If so, then it looks weird. Is this for a bath towel? If so, then the wet towel is too heavy and is actually causing the bar to sag due to its poor construction! In the end I am very disappointed for the price. I would go for the standard set which looks better (regular rod, towel ring and wall hook).
