Review on Do-Not-Call Protection by Travis Flores

Our customer service associates are very helpful, knowledgeable and always ready to take care of our needs. The DnC team is well organized which provides easy access for customers who need information right away when they call in or visit their website at any time day or night - no matter what your location may be! It would have been nice if it was easier to see all available services offered by DoNTCP. I wish there were more options because we use 2 different types of calling lists that can't currently mix together so sometimes we don't get some companies listed as allowed calls. This seems like an oversight but overall has not had many problems since setting up this system about 1 year ago. Since being part of DO NOT CALL PROTECTION program we haven't received any unwanted phone solicitations from telemarketers.
