This was easy to hang, flush with the ceiling, has a second or more delay in starting up, but is clear, bright and looks great in my kitchen. I've already had compliments on how well it goes with the kitchen and having had vintage fluorescent lighting in my kitchen before it's such a treat. Very bright WHITE light. My kitchen looks much nicer. I didn't use a dimmer as I need a bright light to cook and I can read labels on things lol I just have to remember to close the curtains in the living room at night so planes don't try to land in my house. HAHA. That's a very bright light. But pure white so there is no ugly yellow anywhere. I am very happy with it. SIMPLE EASY to hang up too. Be sure to use jack screws or drywall anchors on the ends so they lay flat against the ceiling.
