I was so happy to receive it that I took it out, rubbed it on and used it as soon as it arrived on my doorstep. Although I thought it was a bit cheap since I only paid $6.99 for it, I was fine with that. The cheapness came mostly from how difficult it was to align the plastic pieces well enough to hold them in place, but I figured you wouldn't have to keep opening and closing it once you'd put lotion on it. It doesn't matter Role. Luckily I didn't put too much lotion on it, although I put on more than I wanted. I rolled it on my back where it was hard for me to reach and it worked great! I was so impressed that I immediately emailed my friend and recommended him! An hour later I grabbed it and rolled it in a few more places. I didn't feel like it was working, but I kept going. About an hour later again - the same result. There was just no feeling that any kind of lotion came out. I was sure there was still plenty of lotion inside, but I opened it anyway to check. Still good. After 3 hours I tried again and still nothing. I started spinning my fingers to make sure the reels were covered in lotion while spinning and found the problem: they stopped spinning. They were completely packed! I was applying pressure and some lotion was spilling out around the ball so I figured maybe I just need to apply more pressure. I tried again and squeezed harder, but there was no lotion. So, 3 hours after opening the box, the reels aren't spinning and I wasted my expensive lotion. :( I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I love this idea and still think it would be possible with better parts/manufacturing. It worked great the first time I tried it and it showed how it would be great to have such a product if only it worked!
