From day one I regretted buying this system. The headset is a joke. The headset is a separate piece and CANNOT hold calls. A REAL problem for the admin. The answering machine is another joke. The message left can only be heard through the speaker, so EVERYONE in the office can hear it. Now that the system has only been up and running for a few years. When you're using the speaker (to keep your hands free) it dials numbers and then stops almost every time. When you answer a call, you often hear the caller, but they don't hear you. When you answer a held call, you can hear the caller, but the caller cannot hear you. Sometimes calls get disconnected as soon as the phone is picked up. I got calls from customers saying they thought we went out of business because they couldn't reach us. I would like to return the system within the first week. But the other half of our office isn't connected to a landline. So the option with "wireless" phones weighed in on a crappy headset and answering machine. NOTHING WORKS RELIABLY NOW. I scold myself.
