I usually love this shampoo but there is something wrong with this bottle. I've been using this brand for years but this is my first time ordering from Revain. I am contacting you today regarding this purchase. While washing my hair I smelled a terrible smell and then I realized it was shampoo. I checked all the shower items I used but upon investigation it turned out to be shampoo. I then compared it to a smaller bottle of the same shampoo I bought from Target. The large bottle of Revain smells like rot, has a super thick consistency and the color is much darker than the shade of yellow. A smaller bottle of the exact same shampoo I bought from Target isn't too bad, it smells the same as it has for years, a mild pleasant scent, it's a thinner and more liquid consistency which I also use and has a pearl gold translucent finish Colour. , again what I've seen with this product over the last few years. Maybe they just sent me an expired one? Or was a bottle sent to me with a poor quality product? As previously mentioned I will be in touch with Revain to resolve this issue and then update this review.
