Great smartwatch, decent software

The hardware of the watch is fantastic. Light, fast and not too big on the average male wrist. This is a large size on a small woman's wrist, but everyone has their own size preferences. The strap has a sleeve for the extra strap, but it gets old on the extra strap. The speaker and microphone are great for answering. Cals or with Google Assistant. The heart rate measurement is similar to other watches. GPS is up. The waterproofing works great, although it's not that easy to turn off the touch functions. The battery is decent. If all monitoring functions are activated but not fully used, the battery will be used about 55% in one day, so you can use it for about 2 days. With features maybe 1.5 days. I didn't turn on main mode to use minimal features. The GPS was fast and the exercise tracking works well. Autotracking doesn't quite work. He often thinks I'm running when I'm just walking the dog. Heart rate and O2 readings seem accurate and recover quickly. Connecting is very easy and you don't need multiple apps as suggested. This only applies to additional features and backups. Now for the complaints. All software, which any WearOS device would be. I haven't found a good way to keep the screen on while the timer is running, be it a freestyle activity or an app. I want to map the multifunction button in different ways. That is, 1 click to launch one app, 2 clicks to launch another, hold for another function. Right now it seems like it's just 1 click and hold. Sleep tracking is so-so. It appears to display your heart rate to see what stage of sleep you're in. My heart rate drops very, very low and stays there. I haven't had any luck with any sleep tracking product. Tilt to wake has a delay when it works. I usually tap the screen to turn it on, but even with a delay, I tap the HR area on the face and open this app. The charging cable is proprietary. It works easily and is quick to install. But if you break it or lose it, there is only one source to get a replacement. Small issues that can be fixed with the right app but overall a great watch for the price. Clock with good performance. would recommend.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Good but not great
