My bag came without a strap! and the seller (Revain Global UK) never replied to my email asking me to send it to me. I had to buy a duffel bag from a completely different seller (which I was able to do thanks to a partial refund from Revain USA). The bag itself is great! It's durable, waterproof, fits my 11" x 17" drawing board, has nice long horizontal pockets for my brushes, pockets for my travel palettes, space for my sketchbooks, etc. The reflective strip is a nice touch as it can be converted. from bag to backpack. The only downside is that if you take the bag by the handle, even if you don't have many things in the bag, the flap opens (it is held only with Velcro). Next to,
