Bad handle attachment point.

A few minutes after unpacking, the pen fell off at one end. It's just a press fit into the inner plastic liner. I like the bucket, but I'm going to the hardware store to get two stainless steel screws with lock washers. It needs drilling but not worth sending back. I don't see any other issues and with the fix it should take a long time.
