I was thrilled to discover URATOT, an online store that seemed to sell everything from apparel and shoes to accessories and quirky products. The website was complicated to use, delivery was sluggish, and the goods were of poor quality. Worse, I felt totally disregarded and helpless due to customer service's silence.
