Perfect fit for my Honda Accord, no modification needed.

Unplugged and plugged into one of the two empty switch sockets on the left side of the dashboard. Fits well. I may need some sort of wiring harness as sometimes I have to remove this panel from the dash to get to the electrics so the switch needs to be toggleable.
