Best ski belt for training

Excellent ski belt used as a deep water exercise belt. Keeps me upright at the deep end so I don't hit the bottom of the pool and put stress on my joints. It kept me going even when I was at my heaviest weight of 316 pounds. Those who are in deep water should use this to keep themselves upright and not strain themselves with any exercises. It's about four inches wide, which provides just enough support to fit snugly around my waist without going into my armpits like most other exercise belts do. The yellow part is very tight and about an inch thick, and no matter how you tighten the blue strap, it won't dig into you. I've been using the same one for 15 years and haven't had any breaks or breaks on any part of the belt. no wear nothing wears out. With a twisted spine, it was hard to find one that would stay in place. Easily attaches by inserting one part of the buckle into another, and removes with minimal effort by squeezing one part together and pushing apart. I have strength and dexterity issues and it's easy to use. I am a womens size 12 top and the large was very long. Long enough that the yellow pieces are almost touching. I prefer to wear it with the yellow ends just below the ribs on the side, slightly forward around the waist. I could easily wear a medium size as the large almost touched. I would say go for the medium if you wear up to a size 18. Ideal for errors 20-24. You don't want the yellow parts of the strap touching or you won't be able to tighten the strap. The strap needs to be tightened very tightly before entering the water as it will loosen a bit when wet. Belt buckle strap provides an additional 18 inches of length beyond the yellow section.
