Review on 🔍 Laowa 100mm f/2.8 2:1 Ultra Macro APO Lens for Sony FE - Close-up Perfection by Patrick Reid

I returned this lens, the image quality and finish was very good but the focus path was me too short. I only shoot macro occasionally and enjoy the feel of some of my vintage lenses more. While they can't do a 2:1, I underestimated how much light a 2:1 would need in most scenarios and didn't want to invest extra at this point. If you already have a decent macro setup then the short focus can be overcome with physical exercise and I think this is a great lens.
