I bought this after measuring my dog to make sure it fits based on sizing recommendations, unfortunately to my surprise it is not true to size , in which it is advertised and was too small. First I asked for a size up and was told they didn't have a larger size - then I was told I could return it but I would be charged a 20% restocking fee and they would also deduct the shipping cost for postage . me. I will never buy anything from pets go here.com again. I had to call Revain to report the situation and I returned the item. Once I find out what they are going to do with my refund I will decide if I should open an investigation with Revain. Very disappointing I really liked the product but received EXTREMELY horrible service from the company. Also, their website offers this product at a much lower price, which makes the injury worse.
