Tarpaulin is a bit too flimsy but I think that's what you get for a cheaper canvas at a reasonable price. It's good enough for what we need - we folded it twice under our kids' pool to protect it from branches and rocks that could poke holes in the pool. . The outermost edge of the tarpaulin was stitched unevenly. Therefore, the eyelets were placed very close to the edge. Again, what to expect from a cheap tarp. We don't use jacks so it doesn't matter I guess.
