This product is well made and feels great without being too aggressive. It has adjustable shoulder straps that last all day and aren't bulky. I have read the directions and it says what to use at a specific time during the day. I work in the office all day and I feel like my shoulders are sagging and my posture is being compromised which is causing lower back problems. I wear it under my shirt (with an undershirt) all day and I can feel the difference in my posture and my back pain is gone. Everyone is different and you may need to use it for its intended purpose, but for me this product is a five. The only thing I would advise the manufacturer is that it would be better if at the end of the strap it goes to the armpit, maybe it needs a guide so it doesn't twist. Hope that helps.
