Protects iPad 8th gen

There are many versions of this case and I don't know if this one is better than the others. It fits my 8th gen iPad and seems to protect it from a brief fall, but I haven't pulled it off yet. The case has an Apple Pencil holder on the back. Part of the stand snaps into place and can be lowered by pressing the button holding it and lowering the stand. The two corners of the stand are okay for me, but not optimal. I would like a different position with a greater angle so that it faces forward and not up. The stand barely stays upright, or at least very unstable. It works best in a horizontal position and I haven't had any stability issues. The wrist strap on the back is adjustable and works, but I only use the iPad superficially most of the time. The strap prevents the iPad from lying completely flat. I haven't had any issues with the Bubble or Rainbow screen protectors, but I did clean the screen thoroughly. The package includes: case (three-piece screen protector, hard case, soft case), screen cleaning cloth, pen holder, straps and a small tool to attach. The instructions are in the suitcase, I did it like this. you can take it off The clamps don't require much force, just lift it up a bit and it will come loose. I completely detached the silicone soft shell from the hard shell, but in hindsight I don't think it was necessary. The soft shell has 2 points where it attaches in the hard shell and I think they should stay attached or be reinserted when pulled out. Place the iPad and reattach the soft cover around the edges. I believe if you don't remove the soft case, you can put the iPad in and use the tool to pry the soft edges off the iPad. Make sure the softshell is properly oriented, flat and flush, and doesn't look out of place. You may need to press down the edges of the soft shell. The iPad does not snap into the corners of the hard case and can move around until the soft case is in place. Use a cloth to clean the screen from dust or dirt as if you were putting on a regular screen protector. No dust, take the time to check from different angles. Peel off the blue film on the screen protector, align the clips and reattach in the correct orientation. The clips click. Ready
