UPDATE: GREAT customer service! The company (Ann) contacted me and they sent me a new, different strap to try out free of charge - fabric with leather/vinyl trim. The new tape is also good, a bit harsh but run in, everything is fine, but the fact is that the company is trying to fix everything. I'm keeping my original 3 breathable straps, I just won't be wearing them as often as the other straps I have. I think others have written that the loop that holds the strap on the wrist often slips off. It's true - and it's annoying. Other harnesses have a latch or "teeth" on the loop that hold them in place. The result is good straps that allow your wrist to breathe, but you have to constantly attach the loop and strap.
