Love these headphones! Even before the purchase I had a few questions and was able to talk to the seller before I bought it. I got answers to my questions so I can say they have great customer service. I was able to use them straight away and didn't really need any instructions to pair the earbuds to my phone, it was that simple. I have an old phone but all I had to do was put them in the case that came with them for about 3 minutes to make sure they were charged, open the box and press the bluetooth button on my phone , and they connected immediately. I was also amazed at how far I can get from my phone without turning it off. I mainly use them for music and the sound is great. I really like the touch controls as I recall the one tap two tap sequence. These headphones are much more comfortable than the ones I had before and I even forgot I was wearing them. I definitely recommend this product.
