I received this shirt as a gift a few years ago, it was large and fits perfectly although I am of average height and if a little is too big then it can be small. never big Even for a compression shirt, the large fits very snugly and snugly. I'm athletically built and the taller fits like a glove - in a good way it fits. If I had no experience with this shirt I would never have bought a bigger one. So I would take one size bigger than your normal size. Also, this shirt is great. Durable as hell and the color doesn't fade after countless washes. When I travel, I can hand wash it and hang it wet, and in the morning it's completely dry. A great lightweight shirt that looks really great, especially when you're in top shape.
