    Good compression for injured shoulder

I bought compression shirts because my left shoulder hurts due to the removal of part of my arthritis damaged collarbone. I tried XLG first to get the max print, although I usually go for 2XLG. Under Armor fits well and is cooler in warm weather than anything I've worn before. The pressure really helps with the pain. The length is barely sufficient, which is probably due to the fact that I chose a size smaller than I normally wear. They also stand up to repeated washings, are very comfortable…

    great material but very tight

Super comfortable very fitted top from Under Armour. UA accurately describes the fit as a "second skin" - it's surprisingly comfortable, and the seamless design is no use for itchy rubs. The compression level is acceptable (not "oh my god, it's tight") and does the magic trick of emphasizing muscles - it looks good. Unfortunately, if you have vulnerabilities (i.e. even a gut) those will also be accentuated. Therefore, a certain minimum level of fitness is required to pull off this look. Nobody…

Absolutely great! on Active Shirts & Tees

Fits tight, but that's how a compression shirt should fit! I wish I had these shirts! These things are a lifesaver for me! I work outside all day and Southern California summers can be brutal for people who work outside! This shirt not only prevents irritation and rashes, but also keeps you cool. I was a bit skeptical at first as I find the price quite high but believe me they are worth it! I ended up investing in enough of these shirts to wear all week. Now I wear them as t-shirts, not cotton…

Great but up a size: Active Shirts and T-Shirts

I received this shirt as a gift a few years ago, it was large and fits perfectly although I am of average height and if a little is too big then it can be small. never big Even for a compression shirt, the large fits very snugly and snugly. I'm athletically built and the taller fits like a glove - in a good way it fits. If I had no experience with this shirt I would never have bought a bigger one. So I would take one size bigger than your normal size. Also, this shirt is great. Durable as hell…

Bought this for my husband to wear under his polo to work. Under Armor is a really good brand, but buying this brand in-store tends to be more expensive than what we paid for it online. We ordered medium and large as we weren't sure which size he liked (fits) best. He wears a large shirt, but after trying on both the large shirt and the medium shirt, he decides he likes the medium shirt better. By that I mean that while both sizes fit him, he likes how the medium gives him more compression. So…

    Not old UA on t-shirts

Overall, I'm disappointed with how UA Compression has changed recently, away from the once signature shiny and ultra-smooth fabric to a new fabric that feels more like cotton. But this shirt in particular is a failure because the seams are so pronounced. As soon as I put it on, I could feel where the greasy seams touched my skin. I haven't trained in it yet and haven't tried it under my shoulder pads to know if it leaks or chafes, but wearing it just standing up I can say the stitching will at…

Worth the extra money for a quality product!

I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. I've used cheaper base layer materials when cycling in the past and found that they don't compress, absorb and dry quickly very well. Until I found Under Armor. Your products are just amazing. The compression works well and keeps its shape for YEARS. I'm still wearing the shirts I bought in 2013, the compression hasn't changed! When measuring I get one size smaller than the size I wear in a standard t-shirt (I'm XL but I can fit in L). It helps me

*Review revised, downgraded to 2 stars (from 5) -- Leotard tears and chafing

[UPDATE] I've already done half a dozen laps in this jersey. The lower edge is torn (you can see the photo of protruding threads), two stars are folded. The situation worsens (the hem comes undone) and the shirt soon becomes unwearable. I'm starting to wonder if this is genuine Under Armor - other UA products I've had haven't had similar issues. Another reason for the downgrading of 5 stars is that this shirt unfortunately chafes. The seam around the cuffs of the short sleeves rubs against the…

Not what it was but still the best of

When UA first came out and became popular in the US, their clothes were QUALITY. Their stitching was incisive, their quality control was amazing, their materials bled to the touch, and it took me 5 years to finally put on and take off all of my running gear. I was impressed. The price hasn't come down right now, but I'll be impressed if this compression shirt and my 3 new pairs of running shorts survive through 2016. The seams are no longer so concise, the tactile quality of the fabric has also
