This mount is not strong enough to support 27" monitors (9lbs each) on the extendable arms, they just sag completely. The only option is to put them all the way down as seen in some of the silly review photos. Most people want their monitors to line up, which is not the case with this mount. The instruction manual gives the impression that the gas springs can be strengthened. Don't fall for it; The adjustment only pulls the elbow to the arm, the standing tension does not change. Since I already drilled a huge hole in my desk for this stupid thing, I'm going to use JB Weld to attach the clamp. Doesn't that sound like fun? I'm excited! It fits a 22" monitor as advertised, but not a (light) 27" monitor and they shouldn't advertise it as such. It's just another Chinese product they sell with fake numbers; Revain is full of such rubbish, along with fake reviews. Spend a few extra bucks for a better mount from a seller interested in misinformation.
