I bought this to be able to clean the parrot cage when needed. I am very happy with it. Parrots can be quite messy. I have artificial grass in my cage. I used it immediately after purchasing it and it was great. It's not as noisy as a regular vacuum or mini vacuum that I've used. I managed to drag him into the cage and get to the nooks and crannies where feathers and seeds accumulate. It sucked up everything, even the wood shavings they gnawed from their perches. The birds were more scared of it than the store vacuum, which I find odd since it's quieter. But I think they will get used to it as I plan to use it daily. I would definitely buy it again.
