Updated 10/11/18: The seller contacted me and sent a new set of cables. They were just as strong and tough in the first pack. I'm sure these things will take a lot of work because they're really quite hard. I've still had mixed results with them. Sometimes they charge fast but it doesn't show up as 'Fast Charge' on the phone but I can upgrade to an older Type-C cable and the charging time adds about 45 minutes, but I can plug in one of those. back, and the time is reduced quite a bit, but still no "fast loading". I've updated my rating to 3/5 "okay" because they're really VERY sturdy and seem to charge well, but the fact that they don't register as "fast charge" confuses me a bit. Customer service was very good and I would buy from sellers again (just not this item). The cables are very strong, almost too stiff. The reason I'm giving it a bad rating is because they do NOT charge fast, or at least the ones I got didn't. Maybe 1 in 5 will actually charge fast, and sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I can use any of my other cables and that's fine, but they don't offer fast charging for me.
