This review is an email I sent to the company detailing my experience with their product and my recent comments. Hi! My cat Toto has been fighting diarrhea and soft stool for a few months. other dry food (recipe) and nothing works so I decided to try your product. I gave my cat the first dose of your product the day before yesterday; it was no more than half a dose of 1/16 teaspoon, and he ate it. The next day he misbehaved and would not eat. I hoped it was just a hairball, but I couldn't help but worry it might be because of the probiotic he'd been given the day before. Toto started behaving better last night. Last night before I went to bed I started emptying the bins; There is a second cat in the house and only four trays and I was on the last one. The last tray of the night was nestled under a fleece curtained closet. When I pulled back the curtain it was the worst mess I have ever seen. There were 3 large diarrhea stains on the mat the tray sits on, more diarrhea on and in the litter box, and it ended up on a newly replaced clean fleece curtain, so instead of cleaning the crate and then getting ready for bed, I spent the next 15 minutes cleaning up the horrible mess; no way to have sweet dreams. I was dying to help my cat with diarrhea and couldn't believe what happened after I gave him the first small dose of your product. It was more like he ate a poison that made him sick, gave him the worst case of diarrhea I have ever seen and once it was out of his system he started to feel better. could you explain The company responded to my email quickly and refunded the money immediately. They tried to explain how this could happen and encouraged me to try other probiotics to find one that would work for my cat. This is a company that seems to care, but my experience with their product is a cautionary tale. of this probiotic I would recommend starting with a very small amount; less than 1/16 teaspoon and see how it goes. I ended up buying another probiotic, which while it didn't solve his diarrhea problem, didn't make him sick or make it worse.
