I don't laminate often, just for home use. I had a branded pack of 100 that lasted for years. I bought this product because it was the cheapest on the market and I am planning to laminate this 100 page book to use dry erase markers. I wanted the lowest price. It appears to be thinner than 3mm to be honest. The corners are not flat and 3 out of 4 are not flat. There is a high level of static cling that makes the page difficult to center and takes extra time when processing multiple pages at once. I'm not sure if my batch is "bad" or if it's normal for this brand. The product is good enough for what I need it for. I'm glad there are cheaper options for people who need them, like teachers, but there's a definite difference in quality. I will use them for things I don't want to keep for many years and buy a different product for anything I really want to keep.
