Bought these bags to save a few bucks. As a teacher I sell out 200 packs very quickly and packs of scotch go up in price. I can't tell the Scotch brand bags apart from these! These pouches have more "tack" than other pouches and it takes more effort to fit the materials into the pouches prior to lamination, but I've also found that these pouches hold items in place better due to the "stickiness". The Nuova brand is MUCH better! If you laminate A LOT of stuff, *don't* buy it. Due to the static cleaning they are very difficult to grab quickly (unlike Nuova and other brands where you can quickly grab the laminating sheets between two fingers) and when I snatch a sheet from that stack it's a lot harder.
