This wrist support (small, right arm, tan) fits snugly around my small arm. So I would say the size is true to size if not half a size too small. The braces cover my palm; but I would like the brace to run a bit further down my forearm as this small brace ends right at my wrist and barely covers the bony prominence on the inside and outside of my wrist. This bandage is tight in the area where my 2-5 fingers go and in the area where my thumb goes. But I feel minimal support and compression in the wrist area. I feel comfortable wearing the bandage and it doesn't dent my skin. The product description page does not show how to measure your wrist circumference in order to get the correct corset size.
