To complement my F11 RF100-500mm and RF800mm lenses, I decided to purchase the RF70-200mm F4 lens for situations where I don't need the extra length. In one word: WOW! It's precise, quick to focus and very sharp. I wasn't expecting it to be sharper than the RF100-500mm, but I was wrong. Sharp to the edge. I've noticed that there is a slight vignetting at 200mm. Once Adobe Lightroom adds a lens profile, it should be easy to manage. If I had a small photo of the lens it would be the position of the zoom ring. I wish it was where the manual focus ring is because I'm constantly turning the manual focus ring, not the zoom ring. That's a personal preference though, as you're used to long lenses where the zoom rings are farther away. If you're considering buying this lens, don't hesitate. Canon has done an excellent job here.
