-The packaging was some of the best I've seen in terms of care and functionality/protection -The cushions are RELIABLE and feel like they should last a decent amount of time -The price is a bit high for this chair , but time will do with durability (since the longer it lasts the "more affordable" it becomes) - Lumbar support and neck pillow are a welcome bonus for this chair as it would probably be just as good without - A "minus" What struck me when assembling it is that the instructions aren't SUPER clear as to which direction the part should be facing, BUT unless this is your first build rodeo, 9 picture instructions (hardware and part labeled) are more than enough to make this chair assemble in about 10 minutes. only took half an hour from start to finish, this product has been my money's worth so far and I'm looking forward to trying it!
