I disassembled it again. the relay with a screw for adjusting the operation of the relay. Now the accumulator is working. I think that the native studs were short and poorly soldered to the board. I am not a radio electronics repair specialist, but God helped me.

Cons

I didn’t like that the top cover is very hard to close with latches. Less than a year later, the vacuum sealer stopped working in automatic mode. The air is pumped out, but the packages did not seal. on the button for sealing the package. Very disappointed. It costs a lot of money.
