I fractured my shoulder in 3 places and had multiple surgeries with implanted devices to hold my shoulder together. Unfortunately, this happened to my right shoulder, so I can barely write, let alone reach the areas that need cleaning for personal hygiene. I'll admit it took me a while to figure out the best way to use this thing. The attached illustration was a bit confusing. In the end I realized that I thought about it too much. So once I figured out how to stick one end of the toilet paper in the slot, wrap it around my head a few times, and then pop the rest of the toilet paper in the slot, I was ready to "walk away." That was a big one Help me! It cleans really well and is pleasant to use. It achieves as much as you need to achieve. The only thing I have to do every once in a while is pull the end of the paper out of the slot. Otherwise that works too Trigger doesn't. Or maybe I'm just stuffing the end too tight. This is a really great product and it cleans up easily.
