These socks are so soft and warm they are now my favorite ski socks ever. They rise above my calf and fit well. The medium size was perfect for my 8.5ft women and they stretch so much they could definitely fit both longer and wider. my ski boots. They kept my toes warm without foot warmers all night skiing, even when the temp dropped and it snowed. Definitely order more! NOTE: They have wool! Do not tumble dry after washing. This is not due to the socks, but to the way the wool works. Let them air dry and you'll be golden!
