Very deceptively good for the frame

The plate itself appears to be of good quality. The problem is when you receive it the instructions say screws and black caps which not only aren't included but nowhere in the description does it say that apart from paying almost $40 for the plate you really do get an extra 7 Dollars need to spend screws and anchors. Very deceptive.
