Bought this as a birthday present for my husband who works from home due to COVID. Not only does he get calls all the time, but he also spends a lot of time hosting webinars and Skype for conferences. I bought it because it can connect to his laptop and/or cell phone without being tied to a desk or holding the phone to my ear. Pairing and using these headphones was very easy and quick, and the sound quality is crystal clear. Overall not as good as the Plantronics model, which looks the same but costs $60-$70 more.
