The ring that attaches to the retaining ring must have broken or fallen apart causing it to fall. The ring is missing, the chain is too narrow for the snap ring clasp. Unacceptable and very disappointed. Sweet. but not very durable. I was doing my makeup when it happened, nothing crazy about my necklace or anything.
