Why is this SilDerm Stretch Mark Repair Cream so expensive? This is similar to what I bought at my local pharmacy in 1998. The packaging not only looks terribly outdated, but also very worn. Ball bearings are just a gimmick. They barely work and need to be rolled with force to get them moving. The product just splashes around them instead of rolling with them. The product it contains is a lotion, so you still have to rub it in with your hands even after applying it to your skin. Ball bearings don't rub against it, just move it around. So what's the point of ball bearings? They literally do nothing and really just get in the way. The packaging is cheap, like chips, and the product is of poor quality. I am very disappointed with what I received. I do not recommend this cream for stretch marks. There are much better ones that cost a lot less.
