I found this mug while looking for something new for my Saturday morning coffee. I liked the dragon mug idea so I decided to give it a try. The cup is strong. The coffee stays warm long enough to be drunk slowly. External decorations on the mug help insulate heat from exiting the mug. This is very good because my only complaint is that you have to stabilize the mug by holding it by the body of the mug. The dragon pen looks great, but the handle is difficult to hold. The bottom of the mug is made of felt. You have to be careful when deleting so that you don't get any problems with it. I would recommend hand washing only. Of course, if you're buying this for a demo, you don't have to worry.
