UPDATE: I have these in a million colors now! Seriously, if you follow the directions for use, they'll be insanely strong. I spent 3 days building a cinder block retaining wall and when I finished I still had 6 nails out of 10! Of course you'll get one from time to time that just doesn't work, but overall I love them and I've recruited at least 3 friends who are now formidable believers. Sometimes when your hands are wet the nail will feel a bit loose but be careful with it and when it dries it will be strong again. Funny but true. Usually after about 2 weeks they rise up so much that my hair gets stuck under the nail when I run my fingers through it. It's annoying, so I usually take them off and choose a new color. I also bought some glue tabs separately in case I need to fix an accidental nail here and there. Great for traveling, just in case. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I only applied it today so I have to update this review after having it for a while but still. They seem to stick well and are easy to apply. I got them because recently I had gels and then nails. Because of this, my nail plate has become very thin and brittle. I bought these to wear over my thin, damaged nails to protect them as they grow back, but I may continue to buy them if they continue to work well. There were several sizes to choose from in the set so I think they fit well. I love that I can file them down to the right length and shape. I wasn't sure if it would work but after I put them on they stuck really well. So far I've been able to do everything I normally do (washing dishes, gardening, etc. Day 1 was successful. Next time I'd probably choose a different color. I wear a lot of purple, but this one is more purple a taupe. It's very light brown and has not really pink/coral/purple undertones, it's a nice nude just not my favorite.
